woodland chalet stay
clean chalet woodland setting necessary amenities maintained grounds
the chalet was clean on arrival and located in a woodland setting it had all necessary amenities for a short stay including a microwave a fridge and a freezer compartment a tv crockery and cutlery were available the grounds are well maintained and provide a lovely woodland walk with a play area my grandchildren enjoyed it. the pool had kind staff and efficient management

my room was spacious it included two toilets , made it convenient for our group of four one of the toilets was en suite the lodge felt warm and cosy it provided everything we needed for a week long stay

the staff members are great they cannot do enough for you christina toby and gill provided excellent assistance although the entertainment team could engage and chat a bit more with the guests they performed nicely on stage

the pool operates with booked time slots ensuring it does not become too crowded the lifeguards are attentive and helpful they provided tips on local places to visit the stripeys are fantastic with children keeping them entertained

easy access maintained grounds parking access friendly staff
The location was great. access to nearby attractions was easy. the grounds were well maintained with nice walkways. i appreciated the parking and wifi that worked very well! the entertainment team was very good and seemed to work very hard. staff members are friendly and helpful. the hot tub maintenance was very good. He was very helpful!
the chalet carpet showed some wear.

the chalet was spacious with two bedrooms. the kitchen was well equipped and met all our needs. a lovely woodland setting surrounds the location. i enjoyed the walks nearby. the pool was well-organized with booked time slots.

a good deal and some fun for the kids
spacious chalet good kitchen
i booked a bronze chalet. it was under £600 for five days. the chalet was spacious. it had two bedrooms, a decent bathroom with a shower, and a good little kitchen. it included everything we needed. the woodland setting is beautiful.
i arrived a little early. our lodge wasn't ready at the 2 p.m. check-in time. i know this can't be helped, but i reminded me of staff was delaying us. they gave us a micro lodge.

i had dinner in the clubhouse restaurant two evenings. i recommend the steak cooked to your liking. the menu offered a great variety. the on-site shop had decent prices too.
